Player capacity depends on your plan. Lamball Base supports up to 8 players, Grizzbolt Guild up to 16, and Legendary Palmaster up to 32 players.

After ordering, you receive a free subdomain (yourname.palworld.cloud) and dedicated IP address via email. Simply enter either the subdomain or IP address in Palworld's multiplayer menu. Share the easy-to-remember subdomain with friends!

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time through the control panel. Your world data will be preserved, and you'll only pay the difference.

You decide! Through the control panel, you can configure automatic backups to run as frequently as you need - hourly, every few hours, or daily. Your world data is always protected.

We host across Europe (Germany, Finland), North America (USA East) and Asia (Singapore). The exact locations you can pick depend on live capacity, so the order form only shows the ones currently available. Choose the option closest to your players for the best experience.

Absolutely! You can choose between a community server (visible in the in-game server list) or a private server (invite-only via IP address). Switch between modes anytime through the control panel.

Yes! All our servers support full crossplay between PC (Steam), Xbox, and PlayStation 5. You can configure which platforms can join through the CrossplayPlatforms setting - mix and match PC, Xbox, PS5, and Mac players.

Absolutely! Your server, your rules. You set the admin password and have complete control over server settings, who can join, game rules, and security. Only you have access to the admin panel and server management.
